The first meal of the day should be healthy and full of nutrients. Especially if you have children going to school, they need their calcium, vitamins, minerals, for proper growth and eating breakfast will help them grow healthy and strong in body and mind.
Usually in the morning, the children and you are so busy that breakfast is forgotten. Try not to skip you or your children breakfast. Here are the tips where you can have time to have breakfast.
1) For children finish your homework previous day and pack your school bags.
2) The clothes and the shoes can be kept ready the previous night.
3) Try to get up fifteen to twenty minutes earlier.
4) Do not switch on computer or television early in the morning
5) Have healthy food. Cereals etc are a good source of calcium and minerals.
6) Keep the breakfast for the morning ready the previous night.
7) Allow the children to use microwave oven.
8) If late, let the kids eat on the way to school in the car or bus.
The breakfast you and children eat can be varied. You can eat bread, bagels the left over supper or just cereal and milk. These foods do not take long to prepare and you will be able to feed yourself and your kids in no time. Do not miss the most important meal of the day. Readymade juices available in the market are not good for health as it contains preservatives. Instead buy a juicer and go for the fruits and vegetables. You will get fresh juice without any color or preservatives added to it. You can also experiment with the combinations like in the carrot juice you can add beet root and some herbs like mint and ginger to make a delicious cocktail.

Everyone combs hair with different reasons. Some do that to look beautiful, some to maintain a level of hygiene. For looking beautiful, people make different styles for their hair. Young people experiment on different styles.
The style of hair that people maintain reflects their personality. How one maintains body hygiene that includes hair also has a close relation with the overall personality of the person. A caring and proper nutrition is a necessity for having healthy hair. You can judge a persons health by its appearance of hair.
Hair needs to be washed regularly, it also needs to be oiled at least once a week and then combed properly. Combing hair is also an art; there are few things which have to be considered while doing this.
1) While selecting the comb which is available in many varieties, check out the nature of your hair.
2) Be very genteel while combing your hair, do not be too harsh as it is harmful to your hair. Hair fall will be the result of forceful combing.
3) Avoid combing if your hair is wet. Hair which are wet break very easily.
4) Comb in one direction only, opposite direction combing results in falling hair.
6) Do not comb backward, it can result in baldness.
7) Comb only 2 or 3 times in a day, repeated combing results in damaged scalp and hair break.
One should use correct comb, the comb should not hurt the scalp.
9) One should use clean comb to avoid dandruff or any other type of infection.
10) One should keep the comb very personal. Using somebody else’s comb may result in infections.
11) Keep your hair clean by using shampoo and use oil to avoid tangles and to comb easily.
12) Avoid using harsh chemical for coloring your hair.
